    Leave your name, phone and what you make. It takes a minute and costs nothing.

    We set up your workshop

    We get in touch, load your sheet materials, banding, hardware and labour rates, and show you around in Arabic or English.

    Send your first quote

    Measure, build the piece, share the PDF on WhatsApp. Move up a plan whenever the work needs it.

Questions about the plans

Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. One user and up to three active jobs, with customers, quotations, the cutting list and optimizer, and jobs. Your PDFs carry Xtudio branding. There is no time limit.
What counts as an active job?
A job that is open, from an approved quotation until it is delivered and closed. Closed jobs stay in your history and do not count towards the limit.
When will Solo and Workshop prices be announced?
At launch. Early-access members hear first, and we will tell you before anything is charged.
How does the Workshop plan handle more than five people?
The plan includes up to five users. Extra users can be added and are billed each.
Can staff see my prices?
Not unless you allow it. On the Workshop plan staff work on jobs and stages while prices and profit stay hidden from them.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Your customers, quotations and jobs belong to your workshop, and you can ask us for an export at any time.
